Company Overview :-
Doshi Engineers is a leading engineering company specializing in the production of fasteners for OEMs. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Stores Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an engineering company and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. This position will be based in Chikhali and will report directly to the Stores Manager

Responsibilities:

Stores Manager

Experience: 10 to 15 years experience in Engineering company.

(Min. 10 years as Store manager or HOD Store)

He has experience of handling the team of 8 to 10 people (from staff category)

The minimum qualification for this position is Graduation from any stream.

The person having good on hand experience in managing the complete store function.

The position is based at Chikhali and reports to GM.

Responsibility

1. Managing stores in compliance with company policy and Vision.

2. Proficient in ERP modules. This includes stock updating, Stock transfer and maintaining the stock accuracy.

3. Managing the receipt, storage and dispatch of parts.

4. Managing the on time GRN of receipts.

5. Maintaining the uninterrupted stocks of consumables, Cutting tools & Cutting oils.

6. Maintain the inventory accuracy, Stock accuracy and reconciliations.

7. Maintain the finish good stocks as per Kanban/ 2 bin system.

8. Managing the receipt and shipment to Multiple location.

9. Knowledge of stores legal compliance and documentation.

10. Generation of invoice, Packing and dispatch of material by maintaining ON TIME DELIVERY (OTD).

11. Training and manpower management.
