Role & responsibilities
What the candidate is expected to complete:
1. Answer calls and respond to tickets related to EHR issues.
2. Manage workflow in adherence to SLAs.
3. Escalate issues beyond scope of support to level 2 or vendor.
4. Document issues with steps followed in CRM.
5. Maintain daily record of work done.
6. Contribute to knowledge base.
What we are looking for in the candidate:
1. Graduate with analytical skills.
2. Should have good verbal and written English skills.
3. Minimum 2 years experience in Support industry.
4. Minimum 6 months experience in EHR industry.
5. Should be able to multi-task.
Note:
1. Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli) OR Kochi (Kerala)
2. Shift: US Shifts, 6:30PM to 3:30PM (IST)
3. Mandatory work from office, We are not providing WFH or Hybrid facility.
