Job Description
HE or SHE performs major tasks:
- Will be responsible for leading the engineering and delivery of the process control application projects on schedule, cost, and quality. (in Pharma or O&G or Chemicals or both or all of them)
- Lead and support Engineers to deliver with Quality, on schedule, and within cost.
- Maintain effective interaction with all clients, customers, and vendors.
- Work closely with other BU stakeholders and functions within the organization.
- Review of scope, Estimation, and Proposals of the projects.
- Develop the team capabilities and talent pool.
- Implementation and supervision of Training programs.
- Enable innovating new solutions in the emerging areas.
- Support presales & marketing functions through presentations, technical seminars, meetings etc.
- Open to travel in domestic and international to support business needs.
- Open to develop capabilities in multiple OEM platforms aligned to business plan or strategy
Skill/Competency/Qualification requirements
- Qualification: BE in Electrical/ E&C / Instrumentation / Chemical Engineering from the reputed college .
- Have proficiency in all phases of the project life cycle (requirement, design, development, validation, installation, and commissioning)
- Proficient in one or more of these DCS systems and other related SCADA /Historian systems - Honeywell, ABB, Delta V, Yokogawa DCS, Invensys DCS
- Have some experience working in one or more of the safety systems - HIMA, Experion Safety Manager, August, Triconex.
- Good understanding of protocols like OPC /UA, MODBUS, HART, and PFN.
