Job Description

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

5. Policy Implementation and Compliance

Formulating and updating company policies in line with labor laws.

Overseeing payroll processes and ensuring timely salary disbursements.

Designing competitive compensation structures and benefit programs.
