Sales & Service trainer (Only Surat Candidate)

Role & responsibilities

Fluency in English

➢ Assess training needs of the sales and Technical service teams through collaboration with

department leaders, analysis of performance data, and gathering feedback from employees.

➢ Design and develop comprehensive training programs and curricula that focus on product

knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.

➢ Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, demonstrations, case

studies, to effectively convey product features, benefits, and selling strategies.

➢ Deliver training sessions and workshops using various instructional techniques, such as classroom

training, virtual platforms to ensure maximum engagement and understanding.

➢ Manage training logistics, including scheduling training sessions, coordinating resources, and

maintaining training records.

➢ Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations related to product sales and customer

5+ years of experience in Training

Graduation mandatory

Location - Swastik universal, Piplod
