Integration Architect MuleESB/CloudHub

Role & responsibilities

To be capable of providing technical guidance to a project team and to the work with the customer to successfully implement the project on an enterprise integration platform

(1) Elaborate on customer integration requirements, prepare solution architecture for a given project, including conceptual, logical, technical and infrastructure deployment views in-line with the goals and vision for the project/program

(2) Gather with the non-functional requirement and define technical architect that address the NFRs

(3) Strong knowledge on Agile methodologies like SCRUM and Kanban

(4) Co-ordination with On-Site or offshore technical architects and Team lead and attending customer calls

(5) Align to the DevOps principles and toolsets being established with high degrees of automation throughout the development process. Continuous integration, continuous deployment and continuous operational monitoring are baseline goals. To ensure process improvement, compliance and participate in technical design, code and testing review discussion and to review development artifacts

(6) Raising risks/issues and escalation to senior management and customer

(7) To create all quality documents/collect metrics data and conducting technical audits.

(8) To perform Value creation and knowledge management activities.

Review and provide recommendations that will improve the customers Integration Platform architecture

Preferred candidate profile

Total IT experience 12+ yrs. Relevant experience in using EAI software should be 7+ yrs. with the most recent project experience of at least 3 years designs/architecting for the MuleESB/CloudHub platform

• Expertise in API-led integration approach to architecture. Required to be MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect
• Should have a good and solid understanding of Anypoint Platform capabilities, fitment in an enterprise integration architecture and difference between the competing products
• Experience in solution using various integration patterns SAO, EDI, Pub-Sub and ability to reach and document architecture decision.
• Able to recommend the right deployment architecture for the customer environment. Mule Certified Platform Architect certification will an added bonus
• Able to design, develop, implement and debug Mule flows using connector, message processers like scopes, filter, routers, transformer.
• Experience in using Groovy, Java for scripting complex or custom messaging processing activities
• Ability to use connectors and patterns from Mule exchange to implement flows faster.
• Ensure test accuracy and completeness of test case/scenarios for a problem free-implementation.
• Knowledge of SOA, EDA and Integration design patterns, REST, JSON, WSDL, WS*, XML, XPath, etc.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Mule Maven plugin or Platform API, JUnit, MUnit, Maven, JMeter, working with supporting and configuration management tools
• Experience through complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) based on Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ensure that all documentation, processes and methodologies used in the various phases of system development and implementation and production system support.
• Strong communication skills are required as position will interact with business owners.
• Provide guidance and coach Tech lead and developers on their work.
• Good interpersonal, persuasion, leadership and ability to drive work progress.
