Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to drive organic traffic, and, run paid campaigns.
  • Update and Optimize existing content based on WCAG and Search Engine Updates complying with the ongoing SEO trends in the industry.
  • Handle CMS Platforms like WordPress (with and without Elementor/Figma) for updating and optimizing content, creating and launching Ad Landing Pages, and executing on-page technical SEO activities.
  • Perform in-depth SEO analysis, providing strategic recommendations to enhance website elements and structure.
  • Develop and execute content strategies to boost SEO goals and enhance online visibility.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and management regarding project developments, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Execute, analyze, and optimize paid search campaigns to maximize ROI through qualified lead generation to meet business objectives, focusing on improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Monitor website performance analytics and PPC initiatives, generating insightful reports for data-driven and informed decision-making.
  • Off-page SEO activities like, but not limited to, backlinking, discovery, and content circulation on guest posting platforms and other best practices.
  • Manage paid campaign expenses effectively (Google and/or Social Media Ads), adhering to budgetary constraints and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Develop innovative promotional ideas using various social media platforms, circumventing but not limited to the following pointers:
  • Create engaging content to amplify the companys message and products/services.
  • Design and execute content and social media calendars.
  • Leverage creative strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Social media management and marketing to maximize brand reach and customer acquisition.
  • Handle necessary responsibilities for B2B and B2C-centered marketing strategies as and when required.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters.
  • Tailor B2B and B2C marketing strategies based on business requirements.
  • Maintain a Tracker of digital assets and keep records of their renewal, maintenance, and update status.
Qualification & Skills:
  • Over 4 years of experience collaborating on marketing initiatives and dynamic projects.
  • Expertise in competitor marketing and advertising analysis and ongoing paid keyword optimization.
  • Strong skills in local and mobile SEO, email marketing tools, and campaign execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Deep understanding of B2B, B2C, and D2C marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Social Media Paid Ads content strategization, and ideation.
  • Proven track record in SEM management on Google and Bing.
  • Skilled in driving performance marketing initiatives and managing paid ad campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with handling website hosting platforms like GoDaddy, Hostgator, etc., and ability to troubleshoot during any minor 4xx or 5xx error.
Knowledge:
  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and LinkedIn.
  • Passion for SEO, SEM, SMM and overall internet marketing.
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online lead and customer acquisition.
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Social Media Scheduling Tools.
  • Email marketing Tools.
