MLOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline (12-15 yrs)

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 12+ years of combined experience in data science and software/ML engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.

Technical Expertise :

Proven track record in- MLOps :

- CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud orchestration (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience with LLMOps : training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (e.g , GPT-based architectures, Hugging Face Transformers).

AIOps experience : building AI-driven solutions for monitoring, root cause analysis, and IT infrastructure optimization.

- Strong coding skills in Python or similar languages, using ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Solid understanding of data management, data governance, and security in production environments.

- Leadership & Communication.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and scale data science or ML engineering teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

- Experience in agile methodologies, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
