ICE Cream Operator

Role & responsibilities

1. Operating Equipment: Operate and monitor machinery involved in the ice cream production process, including mixers, freezers, churns, fillers, and packaging equipment.
2. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of ingredients, production processes, and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Recipe Preparation: Measure and mix ingredients following specific recipes to create ice cream bases or flavors.
4. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime.
5. Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, and follow health and safety regulations.
6. Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels for ingredients and packaging materials, and report any shortages or discrepancies.
