Role & responsibilities
Sales Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share. This involves identifying target markets, setting sales goals, and devising tactics to reach them, considering factors like geography, demographics, and consumer preferences.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, grocery stores, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and other potential customers. Regularly interact with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Distribution Management: Coordinate with distribution channels to ensure timely delivery of milk products to customers. Monitor inventory levels, manage logistics, and optimize distribution routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's customer base. This may involve prospecting for new clients, negotiating contracts, and securing agreements with new retail partners or food service establishments.
Promotions and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, advertising strategies, and product displays to increase brand visibility and stimulate consumer demand. Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to
