Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
6+ years in software engineering, DevSecOps or similar role and experience with building and deploying critically important applications and IT solutions
Experience in collaborating with developers and IT professionals to develop, solve, analyze and resolve problems
Experience developing Observability/Telemetry solutions using Ansible, Datadog, Splunk, Terraform and other similar tools
Experience developing secure CI/CD workflows using Github Actions, Docker, Code Deploy, ArgoCD, JFrog and other similar tools
Experience working with and setting up developer platform tools such as backstage, port, spacelift, etc
Experience working with and setting up secrets management tool like Hashicorp Vault 6+ years experience developing in a modern programming language (Python, Golang, Java)
Good understanding of software development best practices from appropriate testing paradigms to effective peer code reviews and resilient architectures
Proficiency with at least one cloud provider (preferably AWS or Azure)
Experience in application release management with building and deploying application code to containers and servers
Experience building integration platforms/infrastructure to seamlessly integrate with 3rd party applications
Preferred
Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into meaningful dashboards, while also documenting observability solutions
Experience with configuration management tools at scale such as Ansible or AWS SSM
Good understanding of Cloud Security
Experience working on a Scrum team in an Agile delivery environment
Bachelor s in computer science or relevant experience
Demonstrated track record working with geographically dispersed teams
