Job Description
Responsibility
- Build, scale, and secure services using innovative Observability and CI/CD
solutions - Partner with engineering teams to ensure internal customer success
- Exhibit a customer-centric approach to requests and responses, collaborate with other members for practical and scalable solutions to problems
- Design and provide operational and infrastructural requirements that promote uptime, speed and security at all phases of SDLC on a global scale
- Support services from inception to delivery by bringing a cross-stack eye towards System Design, Self Service, Scale, Automation, Capacity and Reliability
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 6+ years in software engineering, DevSecOps or similar role and experience with building and deploying critically important applications and IT solutions
- Experience in collaborating with developers and IT professionals to develop,
solve, analyze and resolve problems - Experience developing Observability/Telemetry solutions using Ansible,
Datadog, Splunk, Terraform and other similar tools - Experience developing secure CI/CD workflows using Github Actions, Docker, Code Deploy, ArgoCD, JFrog and other similar tools
- Experience working with and setting up developer platform tools such as
backstage, port, spacelift, etc - Experience working with and setting up secrets management tool like Hashicorp Vault
6+ years experience developing in a modern programming language (Python, Golang, Java) - Good understanding of software development best practices from appropriate testing paradigms to effective peer code reviews and resilient architectures
- Proficiency with at least one cloud provider (preferably AWS or Azure)
- Experience in application release management with building and deploying
application code to containers and servers - Experience building integration platforms/infrastructure to seamlessly
integrate with 3rd party applications
Preferred
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into meaningful dashboards, while also documenting observability solutions
- Experience with configuration management tools at scale such as Ansible or
AWS SSM - Good understanding of Cloud Security
- Experience working on a Scrum team in an Agile delivery environment
- Bachelor s in computer science or relevant experience
- Demonstrated track record working with geographically dispersed teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
