Document Controller

Duties & Responsibilities

• Documentation Control- drawings, tenders, reports & documents & distribution.
• Maintaining proper filing system for soft as well as hard copies of drawings that includes filling of documents online.
• Word processing, editing and copying of all project related documents.
• Manage day to day office correspondence/emails.
• Checking drawing issue status & allocating in correct folder system.
• Creating & Maintaining drawing trackers.
• Assist to prepare reports.
• Prepare transmittals and update transmittal register (incoming and outgoing).
• Prepare and track consultants payment certifications and update Payment Tracker.
• Prepare Consultant Request for Proposal (RFP) and consultant comparative Analysis based on received proposals.
• Issue drawings and documents to consultants and clients as required.
• Coordinate with all site Document Controllers and share updated documents and formats.
• Work on AutoCAD (basic updates in drawings and check area details as required.
• Prepare Consultant contracts and Letters of Agreement (LOA).
• Prepare project handover documents for both client and internal purposes (soft and hard copies).
• Manage the technical library and document registers.
