DoctusTech - Lead Quality Analyst - Manual/Automation Testing (8-10 yrs)

Primary Responsibilities :

- Set up organization-wide testing infrastructure.

- Conduct mobile application testing using Appium for Android & iOS.

- Perform native app automation testing.

- Develop reusable and robust automated test scripts.

- Document extensively and monitor effectively.

- Execute functional & non-functional testing for mobile applications.

- Design and plan product QA implementation.

- Demonstrate proficiency with Cloud and SAAS-based services.

Primary Qualifications :

- Excellent communication skills.

- Proficient in functional & non-functional testing of Android & iOS mobile applications.

- Experience in writing automation test cases.

- Familiarity with web app test automation tools like Selenium and mobile test automation tools like Appium.

- Basic understanding of API automation concepts and knowledge of APIs and web services.

- Proficiency in GitHub, JIRA, and source code repository management.

- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Java.

Secondary Qualifications :

- Experience in leading QA teams and designing QA test procedures.

- Proficiency in version control principles, preferably using Git.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

- Basic working knowledge of Linux and SQL databases.

- Experience with healthcare applications and patient engagement solutions.

- Ability to adapt to changing environments and stay updated with industry trends.

- Energetic and enthusiastic about learning.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on development experience.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Proficiency in developing software to test applications.

- Ability to estimate effort required for tasks and identify risks with mitigation plans.

- Experience in web-based application testing and integration testing between applications.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate and escalate issues effectively.
