Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage tool room operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production schedules.
  
• Oversee tool maintenance, repair, and design to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., press shop) to resolve issues related to tooling and fixtures.
  
• Conduct trials on new tools and jigs to ensure quality standards are met.
  
• Develop and implement processes for stamping, sheet metal forming, and jig fixture fabrication.
