Mis Executive Cum Data Entry Operator(DEO)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with expertise in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data validation, data abstraction, and database principles. In this role, you will handle large volumes of data, ensure accuracy, apply advanced formulas, and maintain structured datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

• Work extensively with Google Sheets & Excel, using advanced functions.

• Utilize formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IFERROR, IFNA, ISNUMBER, FILTER, and QUERY.

• Implement data validation techniques to ensure clean and structured data.

• Apply custom conditional formatting and manage sheet locking & permissions.

• Use ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORT RANGE, and other dynamic formulas for automated data processing.

• Conduct data filtering and searches efficiently for quick access to required information.

• Maintain data integrity and abstraction principles while handling confidential information.

• Collaborate with team members to improve data organization and processes.

• Stay updated with the latest features and tools in Google Sheets & Excel to enhance productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel expertise (Advanced Level)
  Hands-on experience with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, FILTER, QUERY, and other advanced formulas
  Knowledge of Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and Custom Conditional Formatting
  Ability to manage Sheet Locking, Permissions, and Data Protection
  Understanding of Data Principles, Data Abstraction, and Entity-Relationship (ER) concepts
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  Accuracy and attention to detail in data handling

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automating data entry processes using scripts or add-ons or VBA is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Apps Script (preferred).
