DIZBI - Full Stack PHP Developer - Laravel/Symfony (5-9 yrs)

Position Overview

Are you a passionate and versatile Full Stack PHP Developer with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude? We're looking for someone with over 5 years of experience to join our fast-paced startup environment.

As a key team member, you'll take ownership of building and scaling our web applications, driving innovation, and solving complex problems with agility and creativity.

Key Responsibilities and skills :

Full Stack Development :

- Take end-to-end ownership of features, from ideation to deployment and beyond.

- Develop scalable and high-performing backend systems using PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter).

- Build and optimize dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly frontend interfaces using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

Rapid Prototyping :

- Create proof-of-concept applications to validate ideas and gather user feedback quickly.

- Iterate fast based on feedback to enhance product-market fit.

Problem-Solving :

- Solve real-world problems with innovative and lean solutions.

- Optimize performance and scalability to handle a growing user base.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with founders, designers, and product managers to define and refine requirements.

- Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are shared freely, and team success is the priority.

Technology Ownership :

- Research and implement the best tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve productivity and quality.

- Contribute to the technology roadmap and help build the engineering culture.

What We're Looking For :

Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.

- Strong expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter).

- Proficiency in modern frontend development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js).

- Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ORM tools.

- Exposure to startup environments or entrepreneurial projects is highly preferred.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) is a bonus.
