Sr. Engineer- Quality

1) Responsible for line quality control & maintain quality standards as per Washing machine.

2) Responsible for line process audit as per schedule to have good control on line.

3) Take action to prevent rework / rejection line.

4) Having capability to analysis the defect & find the counter action to resolve it.

5) Verification of components , parts before production start.

6) CTQ & CTP process parameters monitoring.

7) Maintain the line quality manpower skill matrix, enhancement and their improvement.

8) Kaizen & improvement activity knowledge.

9) Having basic knowledge of PPT, Excel etc.
