HR Recruitment Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the real estate sector, including sales agents, property managers, and administrative staff.
• Networking: Build relationships with real estate professionals, attending industry events and career fairs to identify potential candidates.
• Job Posting: Develop and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
• Assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles, conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Background Checks: Perform background and reference checks on potential hires.
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
• Employer Branding: Promote the companys culture and values to attract top talent.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the HR database
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions by Sourcing/Segregating from Data Base
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
