Assistant Architect (Liaison work)

• Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Qualification: B. Arch. (Diploma in Arch can be considered if has suitable experience)
• Experience: 5-10 years
• Must be experienced in seeking Authority approvals and familiar with the documents necessary for submission to MMRDA / BMC for obtaining various approvals such as Approval In-Principle, Commencement Certificate, Plinth Inspection, etc.
• Should be familier with design application, local regulation & standard such as DCPR for new project in Mumbai.
• To be in charge of coordination & communication between HQ Design Department and Local Design Office.Role & responsibilities
