• As a Flexera Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and ongoing administration of Flexera solutions within the organization
• This role involves ensuring the effective management of software licenses, optimizing software usage, and providing support to internal stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Flexera Implementation:Install, configure, and maintain Flexera software solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Flexera into the organization's infrastructure
• License Management:Administer and manage software licenses using Flexera solutions
• Monitor license compliance and ensure adherence to licensing agreements
• Optimization Strategies:Develop and implement strategies to optimize software usage and reduce costs
• Identify opportunities for license consolidation and rationalization
• Reporting and Analysis:Generate and analyze reports on software usage, license consumption, and compliance
• Provide insights and recommendations based on usage data
• User Training:Conduct training sessions for end-users on Flexera usage and best practices
• Create and maintain documentation related to Flexera processes and procedures
• Collaboration:Work closely with software asset management teams, IT administrators, and procurement teams
• Collaborate with vendors and Flexera support for issue resolution
• Security and Access Control:Implement and manage security measures within the Flexera environment
• Control user access and permissions based on organizational policies
• Upgrades and Patch Management:Stay informed about new releases, updates, and patches for Flexera solutions
• Plan and execute upgrades and patches in collaboration with IT teams
