Job Description
Role: The Senior/Research Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering all types of offline/online qualitative market research projects, across different industry types using different methodologies
Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the client brief and research objective clearly
- Knowledge of different research methodologies as: DI, FGD, Ethnography etc.
- Preparing documents such as screener, discussion guideline, profile sheet, topline
- Conducting moderation for research studies
- Monitoring overall work progress of a project
- Quality checks - data validation, data crunching, data preparation
- Should be able to do content analysis
- Working on excel for the data collation and preparing MIS and reports
- Supervising staff/ team members assigned to the project
- Briefing vendors, PMT, field research executives
- Analysing and presenting results/ research findings creatively will be appreciated
- Evolve strategic thinking to introduce new/innovative approach for researching the market
- Participating in team meetings with new ideas and thinking based on your experience and knowledge
- Graduate with minimum 1 to 2 years of MR experience in managing offline MR projects An MBA will be appreciated Excellent communication skills, written and oral preferably in at least 2 Regional Indian languages other than English _
- Attend company and external events/research activities as needed. Open to travelling for work.
