Job Description
- Solving admissions queries of parents/students.
- Guiding parents/students to the University admissions process & counsel them to know University courses better & convert them into admissions.
- Major work will be done via calls, so need to be comfortable on calling.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer knowledge including MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Coordinate between various schools (under DIT), with the deans/HOD related to admissions.
- To handle student/parents counseling and query solving on a day-to-day basis at the campus/in-calls.
- To have Knowledge and full understanding of the courses curriculum of all the schools under DIT University.
- Responsible for proper follow-ups with the admissions leads by calling/emailing/WhatsApp/SMS.
- Maintain every admissions record with proper documents.
- Maintain strong working relationships.
- Soft-spoken and coordination skills.
