Key Responsibilities:

• Raw material Inward.
• Process Payment requisition
• Record Keeping- Bills, Sales Invoices, Purchase invoices, and COD Document
• Issuance of Sales invoice and e-way bill generation.
• Store Inventory management. Receipt and issue entries and proper storage of materials.
• Vendor bill booking and payment.
• Handle payable & receivable account.
• Work closely with Commercial in-charge in administrative and commercial aspects.
• Managing Transporters & vehicles for dispatches of Finished Goods.
• Participate in internal audits and document Quality Management Systems.

Maintain transit damage records and interact with Insurance Surveyor for final report.

• Maintaining documentation requirement and for internal auditor & External auditorunder the scope of Commercial department.
• Knowledge of SAP (SD,MM,ERP Module), desirable.
• Outward and GRN strong knowledge and experience.
