Job Description

Checking e-mails thoroughly and note any feedback/updates for the day

Proofing / Quality Checking the allocated Autoscribe files Uploading the allotted files with unloadable quality to clients or to formatting level Maintaining the specified TAT (Turn around time) Counseling the corresponding MT s in the errors they have committed in transcription Completing the 12% of allocated work for every hour and posting the same to the next level of processing Grading the errors of to capture accuracy of file received Completing the work within TAT

Requirements

Requirements

Proven experience (more than 10 years) in medical transcription field after completing training and certification
Ability to transcribe audio recordings from physicians, medico-legal professionals, and other healthcare providers with an accuracy of above 85%
Proficiency with transcription software and medical terminology
Strong attention to detail, grammar, and spelling
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage challenging audio files
