Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP professional to join our team as a Senior SAP BASIS Consultant. You will be responsible for managing the entire application lifecycle of our SAP systems, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.


Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the application lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA systems, including installation, upgrade, migration, and conversion projects.
• Implement and manage SAP Fiori applications within the Solution Manager framework.
• Configure and administer SAP Solution Manager for incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure the security and compliance of SAP systems by managing roles and authorizations (SoD) using tools like firefighter user management.
• Manage and monitor the health and performance of SAP HANA databases, including High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) configurations.
• Work closely with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of SAP systems with the broader IT landscape.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
• Transport request movement and creation,
• Knowledge of Sap Router and Certificates
• Various Licenses and certificate renewals
• User Authorizations and User security
• Daily Monitoring of SAP landscape and Databases
• Knowledge of S/HANA databases and system
• SAP Upgrade and Installation Knowledge
• Responsible for Performance Tuning/Installations/Documentation/Upgrades/Patch
• Installation/Monitoring of SAP ERP
• Perform Client Copies/System Refreshes to support QA and testing
• Knowledge of Transport Management System configurations.
• Capacity planning activities to track database growth, participates in sizing and SAP
• archiving activities
• Support current SAP DR Strategy and Backup-Recovery/Configuration/ upgrade/
• monitoring of Oracle databases in an SAP environment.
• Coordinate response to and resolution of IT incidents and performance issues. the SAP Basis environment.
• Conduct research and make recommendations on IT products, services, protocols,

address the gaps on an ongoing basis

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree Information Technology/Systems, or Engineering orBusiness- related degree majoring in computing systems
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP BASIS related role.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing SAP Fiori applications.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Solution Manager functionality and configuration.
• Strong understanding of SAP HANA database management, including HA and DR concepts.
• Expertise in managing roles and authorizations (SoD) in SAP systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA installation, upgrade, migration, and conversion projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
