Key Responsibilities:

- As an Accounts & Finance Manager, you will oversee the organization's financial operations and compliance requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Internal Controls: Establishing and monitoring effective financial controls.

- External Audits: Supervising external audits and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

- Financial and MIS Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial statements and management information reports.

- Accounts and Finance Function: Overseeing the complete accounts and finance operations of the organization.

- Secretarial Compliance: Ensuring adherence to corporate secretarial requirements.

- Tax Compliance: Managing direct and indirect tax compliance, with a strong focus on GST.

- Statutory Compliance: Ensuring all statutory requirements are met on time.

- Branch Coordination: Interacting with and supporting branch operations.
