Job Role Marketing Director Job Designation Marketing Job Location Mohali, Bengaluru Reports to CEO Salary Best in Industry

Job Purpose:

The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts for our Information Technology Services company. The candidate will have experience in a similar field and will have displayed proven expertise in brand building exercises for an IT company, proficient in the latest marketing skills such as SEO and digital content marketing, and have experience building and leading strong marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth
Lead the development and execution of all marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing efforts
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless marketing process
Continuously monitor and analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategy
Provide regular reporting and analysis of marketing performance to senior management
Manage marketing budget and ensure all marketing initiatives are cost-effective
Work with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

A minimum MBA in Marketing or related field
Proven experience in a marketing leadership role within the Information Technology Services industry
Strong track record of achieving marketing goals and driving revenue growth
Experience with SEO, digital content marketing and other digital marketing strategies
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong ability to build relationships and work with cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Proactive, dedicated, hardworking and result oriented
