Job Description
- Communicate effectively with the product andcontent teams to understand the needs and brainstorm possible AI-basedsolutions
- Utilize Generative AI in developing products andfeatures including through the use of advanced prompt engineering techniquesand the training/fine-tuning of LLMs
- Utilize Predictive AI in developing products andfeatures including through the creation of analytical models and algorithmsthat support learnerssuccessful career choices, in-course progress and completion,and job placement and progression
- Train product and content team members on keyAI-related tasks (e.g., prompt engineering) in order to create more leverage
- Advise the engineering team on key technicalissues related to Generative and Predictive AI to optimize quality,affordability, and low latency (e.g., the selection of LLMs)
- Stay current with the latest advancements inGenerative and Predictive AI
- Manage relationships with external data scientistcontractors on as needed basis
Required Skills and Experience Letadd EdTech or Skilling as apreference. - Bacheloror graduate degree in computerscience, data science, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in technical data scienceroles in an enterprise environment, with the ability to design and implementProof of Concepts
- Successful track record in participating indevelopment of successful Generative AI products and features, includingexperience in advanced prompt engineering and fine-tuning/training of LLMs
- Successful track record in participating indevelopment of successful Predictive AI products and features
- Deep knowledge of recent advancements inGenerative and Predictive AI
- Demonstrated ability to utilize analytical andproblem-solving skills to formulate research questions, design experiments, andinterpret results
- Excellent technical communication skills, bothwritten and verbal, including the ability to teach or explain concepts totechnical and non-technical audiences
- Passion to execute on projects with a focus oncustomer and value
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in afast-paced, startup environment
