IKS AssuRx, IKS Migrate, IKS Stacks, Inbox Management, Pre-Visit Summary, Coding Solutions, and Synchronous Clinical Concierge.

Value Based Care: We support our customers through an array of solutions that help them achieve better outcomes and therefore greater value for the care provided. Some of these solutions include Risk & Quality Optimization, Care Coordination, TCM, CCM, Patient Navigators, Utilization Management (UM), Medicine Reconciliation and Adherence, and Payment Reconciliation and Adjudication.

Position Overview:

IKS Health is seeking driven professionals with an entrepreneurial and ownership mindset to be a part of the core team of the FC Head's Office to own strategic programs from the FC Head office. The incumbent in this role will be an important enabler in the success of all key initiatives owned by the office and provide support, governance & oversight as necessary for various programs & initiatives across the organization. The Program Manager will work closely & collaboratively with the FC Head, the COO and the entire Sr. Executive Team as well as his direct reports & other teams across IKS Health to facilitate delivery of various projects & initiatives.

IKS Health is in a phase of hyper-growth and has aggressive plans for its future. In this context is undertaking a number of internal initiatives to enable accomplishment of its near, medium & long term goals. The success of initiatives from FC Head's office will be key in enabling this. This role provides an excellent platform for professionals with proven Project / Program Management skills to plan, facilitate, control & track and support execution of complex & cross-functional projects.

Project Management:

- Create and administer project plans for key initiatives and responsibilities

- Assist in the development of a program's approach, strategies, timelines and work plans, including RACI matrix of internal and external stakeholders and contributors.

- Work directly with internal and external stakeholders and contributors ensuring the completion of delegated and allocated tasks

- Proactively identify risks & enable risk mitigation to achieve project success criteria

- Prepare project materials and reports for projects owned / facilitated / supported by the FC Head's office.

- Where appropriate, develop project summaries, findings, and recommendations for the FC Head's consideration

Executive Reporting & Analysis:

- Perform detailed, quantitative analysis; build Microsoft Excel (or G-Suite equivalent) models; and prepare operational and financial projections with input from internal and external stakeholders.

- Supporting preparatory work to get new business deals reviewed & approved

- Coordinate with Executive team and contributing IKS functions on the materials needed for regular and ad-hoc reports

- Present final deliverables to internal and external stakeholders

- Facilitate or enable development / governance around all financial budgeting, forecasting and related reporting.

Strategy & Business Insight:

- Track assigned segments and dimensions of the healthcare industry, supply insight and suggest areas of business opportunity.

- Work with the FC Head on expansion opportunities and other strategic growth opportunities.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

- An advanced business degree is required (H)

- 8+ years of experience in a similar role or in a role focused on management / business consulting or strategy (H)

- Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects. (H) Program Management experience is preferred (M)

- Demonstrated financial acumen, problem solving ability, and diagnostic, analytical and quantitative skills (H)

- Advanced computer skills, including knowledge G-Suite tool and/or the MS equivalents, required (H)

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (M)

- Experience working with International, off-shore teams (M)

- Experience in creating and managing executive / governance reports (M)
