Director of National Team The All India Football Federation is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Director of National Team.

This role requires a dynamic individual to manage and oversee the training and performance of our national teams, ensuring their continued growth and success..

Key Responsibilities.

Daily Operations Management:Oversee and manage the day-to-day affairs of the National Teams training camps..

Monitoring & Evaluation:Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of the training camps, extending necessary support as required..

Camp Inspections:Travel to various National Team camp venues to inspect overall arrangements and assess the quality of training..

Reporting:Submit periodic evaluation reports to the Deputy Secretary General (DSG) and Secretary General (SG)..

Coordination for Practice Matches:Liaise with the National Team Department to organize practice matches for the teams..

Development Planning:Recommend comprehensive development plans to improve the National Teams performance..

Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with coaching staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to team development..

#Qualifications and Skills Required:.

Proven experience in football team management or similar roles..

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills..

Ability to travel extensively and manage diverse responsibilities..

Knowledge of football development strategies and performance analysis.

Preference will be given to Ex national Team player with coaching experience.

Must be below the age of 55 years ..
