Bansi S. Mehta & Co - Senior Associate - Direct Tax - CA (3-7 yrs)

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

- Managing direct tax assessments and litigation, including the preparation and assisting in appeals before authorities such as CIT(A), DRP, ITAT and HC

- Providing routine direct tax advisory services and having fair knowledge of evaluating tax implications related to foreign remittances

- Providing advisory services on complex tax matters including M&A, restructuring, cross-border transactions, etc.

- Leading tax audit, transfer pricing audit and other due diligence assignments

- Preparation of computation of income and filing of income-tax returns for individual, firms, trust and companies

- Interacting with client's tax team to ensure successful and efficient completion of assignments.

- Supporting, mentoring, and training the direct-tax team to ensure timely delivery of quality work.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Chartered accountant with Post qualification experience of 3 - 7 years

- Experience in Direct Taxation
