Job Summary: As a Admission Counselor at the DIPE INSTITUTE PVT. LTD. - Stock Market Traning Institute, you will be responsible for providing personalized guidance and education to individuals seeking to enhance their understanding of the stock market, trading & investment strategies, Jobs in broking industry and financial planning. You will assist clients in navigating the complexities of financial markets, identifying investment opportunities, and job opportunities, developing tailored investment plans aligned with their financial goals and risk tolerance.

As an Education Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their academic journey, helping them make informed decisions about their education and career paths. You will provide personalized support and guidance to students, addressing their academic, personal, and career-related concerns, and empowering them to achieve their educational goals.

Role & responsibilities-

1. Academic Advising:
   
• Conduct individual counseling sessions with students to assess their academic strengths, interests, and goals.
• Assist students in selecting appropriate courses, majors, and academic programs based on their abilities, preferences, and career aspirations.
• Monitor students' academic progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide academic support and intervention strategies as needed.

2. Financial Education and Guidance:

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to assess their financial knowledge, investment objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
• Educate clients about the fundamentals of the stock market, including market dynamics, investment products, risk factors, and investment strategies.
• Provide insights into market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to help clients make informed investment decisions.

3. Educational Outreach and Program Development:

• Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement educational programs, workshops, and initiatives that promote student success and retention.
• Participate in orientation sessions, open houses, and recruitment events to engage prospective students and families and provide information about educational opportunities and support services.
• Stay informed about current trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in education counseling and higher education administration.

• Experience in counseling, advising, or student services within a higher education setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of academic advising principles, career development theories, and counseling techniques.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with educational technology, student information systems, and career assessment tools.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with the ability to support students from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and academic backgrounds.
