Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Requestfor Proposal (RFP)
Build custom demonstrations Deliver Proof Of Concepts(POC)
Should also work hands on in preparing the technical proposals and all other manner ofcustomer communication/documentation.
Support the sales team through the sales process from planning to closure.
Create internal software requests and POC implementation plans and monitor theapproval process Prepare software order forms (providing feature codes and productinformation)

Compare Information of product offering at a technical level with competitive
Liaise with local and corporate support teams to ensure accurate and timely resolutionof technical issues that may arise during the pre-sales process
