Senior Business Development Associate

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in expanding our business and driving growth in our key offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Acquisition:

• Identify and target potential clients (individuals and corporate) for Salesforce, Data Science, Data Analytics, and Fullstack courses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, converting leads into long-term clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demos to effectively communicate the value of our courses.

Market Research & Strategy:

• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Partnerships & Collaborations:

• Collaborate with training institutes, educational organizations, and corporate entities to build partnerships.
• Negotiate and close business deals that align with organizational objectives.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with campaign efforts.
• Provide feedback to improve course offerings and promotional materials.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Generate reports on sales performance, forecasting, and key metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. BA/ B.com/ Bsc/ BBA/ Btech/ BCA/ others
• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education/training industry.
• Strong understanding of technology-related domains like Salesforce, Data Science, and Fullstack Development.
