Freelance AI Trainer Mathematics (LLM Training) | Work from Home

We are looking for experienced Math AI Trainers to contribute to the development and enhancement of Large Language Models (LLMs). As an AI Trainer Math, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality mathematical content, evaluating AI-generated responses, and optimising training data to improve AI performance. This is a freelance, remote opportunity that offers flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Content Creation & Curation:

• Design and curate high-quality mathematical problems across various topics, including algebra, calculus, statistics, probability, geometry, trigonometry, linear algebra, and differential equations.
• Generate step-by-step solutions, explanations, and proofs for math problems with clarity and accuracy.
• Develop real-world application-based math questions to enhance AI reasoning.

✅ AI Model Training & Evaluation:

• Assess AI-generated mathematical responses for accuracy, logical reasoning, and clarity.
• Compare, rank, and improve AI responses based on predefined evaluation metrics.
• Identify gaps in AI understanding and provide feedback to improve its mathematical capabilities.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance prompt engineering techniques for better AI comprehension.

✅ Data Annotation & Quality Control:

• Annotate and tag mathematical datasets for supervised learning.
• Ensure data consistency and quality to enhance AI training efficiency.
• Identify and correct biases or errors in AI-generated responses.

✅ Continuous Improvement & Research:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and mathematics education.
• Provide suggestions to improve the AI’s logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Work on refining prompts, question structures, and answer formats to align with AI training needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔️ Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Ph.D. holders or research scholars in Mathematics are highly preferred.

✔️ Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in teaching, tutoring, or content development in Mathematics.
• Prior experience in LLM training, AI tutoring, or data annotation is a plus but not mandatory.

✔️ Technical Skills:

• Strong command of mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with LaTeX, Python, MATLAB, Wolfram Alpha, or other computational tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AI, machine learning, or NLP is a plus but not required.

✔️ Soft Skills:

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in content generation.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
