About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the overall Salesforce strategy for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Salesforce architecture and best practice documentation
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including integrations and customizations
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and address their needs and requirements
- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of the Salesforce platform
- Stay up-to-date with emerging Salesforce technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a senior Salesforce development role
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Salesforce Architect certification highly preferred
