Loan Processing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone to promote car loan products.
• Provide information about loan features, eligibility, and documentation.
• Address customer queries and guide them through the application process.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
• Meet monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Requirements:

• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in tele calling or sales (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of car loans and financial products.
• Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions.
