Company Overview:

LH2Holdings is a holding company that acquires and incubates digital media, SaaS, and marketplace businesses to build the Berkshire Hathaway of digital companies.

We have partnered with a large US-based travel agency ($1B$+ in revenue and growing 30% YoY) to revolutionize the travel sector through strategic investments, acquisitions, and AI-driven solutions.

As Chief of Staff, you will have a high-impact role in supporting the CEO of this travel agency and driving the roll-up strategy within this partnership. The US travel agency market is worth $100B and growing strongly. Despite its tremendous size, it has low-tech penetration. We believe this is the right time to enter it and are extremely bullish about its potential.

This role is perfect for those with a background in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) who are looking for a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment where they can directly impact the transformation of an industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Strategy Execution

1. Trusted Advisor: Act as the CEO's trusted advisor and execute high-impact strategic initiatives to scale the travel agency's operations and grow the business.

2. Project Management: Lead strategic projects from ideation through to completion. Prepare executive briefs, set project timelines, manage key initiatives, and ensure cross-functional teams are aligned to meet milestones and deliverables.

3. Business Process Optimization: Use best practices to drive efficiency and growth, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed seamlessly across the organization.

Investment Analysis & Roll-up Strategy Support

1. Investment Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, market research, and industry assessments to identify acquisition opportunities within the travel industry.

2. Deal Flow: Proactively build and manage a robust deal pipeline by identifying potential acquisition targets, nurturing relationships and preparing investment memos

3. Deal Execution: Lead the due diligence process, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessments for target companies.

Key Objectives:

Within 30 days:

1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the travel agency's operations, roll-up strategy, and investment thesis.

2. Develop relationships with the CEO, the agency team, and key stakeholders within the travel agency and LH2 Holdings.

3. Begin conducting preliminary research and analysis on potential acquisition targets.

Within 60 days:

1. Lead key strategic projects for the travel agency, ensuring efficient execution of daily operations and longer-term objectives.

2. Complete in-depth market research and due diligence on potential acquisition targets and present findings to the leadership team.

3. Begin drafting investment memos and assist in coordinating the initial stages of investment transactions.

Within 90 days:

1. Assist with executing one or more acquisition deals, handling everything from due diligence to closing.

2. Establish yourself as a key liaison between the CEO and other departments, streamlining communication and decision-making processes.

3. Drive the development of a comprehensive industry report to identify additional roll-up opportunities and synergies across acquired companies.

2. Proven leadership: Experience working closely with C-suite executives, and leading cross-functional initiatives.

3. Analytical excellence: Mastery in financial analysis, valuation, and market research.

4. Entrepreneurial mindset: Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Location: Bangalore, India or Remote.
