Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute our social media strategies, manage our online presence, and drive engagement across various social media platforms. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. The candidate must have an excellent communication and analytical skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Proven understanding of digital marketing principles, Social Media management, Social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, other paid social media campaigns, SEO off and on page, Content creation, Website handling, and and Organic lead generation.
• Manimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing field.
• Create and curate compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, Social.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
•  analyse website traffic, engagement metrics, and campaign performance using Google Analytic
• Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and blog posts
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Graphic designer, video editor and sales team.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Monitor industry conversations and competitor activities to inform our social media strategies and identify areas for differentiation.
• Stay informed about relevant legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to social media, ensuring compliance in all activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduation/MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• Maximum 2 years of experience in Digital marketing field.
• Proven understanding of digital marketing principles, including marketing campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing, content creation, organic leads generation and website handling.
• Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Location- Noida Sector 62

Working Hours- 10am to 6pm

Job Type- Full time- Permanent, Work from office

Days of Working- 6 days, Monday to Saturday
