Manager - Digital Marketing - IT Services (8-10 yrs)

EXPERIENCE: 8 to 13 Years.

Compensation upto :22 LPA.

Location :Bangalore /Remote.

Role Summary:.

Roles & Responsibilities:.

- Head all digital marketing activities.

- Set up and manage Inbound Marketing & Lead generation engine (people, process, tools).

- Lead generation via Digital Marketing content marketing, SEO/ SEM, performance marketing, webinars etc.

- Achieve qualified Inbound lead targets using the most effective methods in shortest time period.

- Drive the branding of People10 as the employer of choice and technology thought leader.

- Ensure coordination with pre-sales, solutioning & sales teams.

- Position the company as a thought leader and innovator through digital channels.

- Hire, train, mentor, monitor team members (8 to 9-member marketing team).

- Ability to work with vendors as required.

- Management reporting & Marketing analytics.

Must have skills:.

- Proven expertise in Inbound lead generation for B2B technology service company.

- Expertise in marketing automation and lead nurturing methods.

- Proven experience in successfully managing a team of content writers, SEO experts and Inbound marketers.

- Should have led a similar role in a mid-size IT services company.

- No time zone constraints or travel constraints.

- High-energy & positive can-do attitude.

- Good knowledge of IT industry & services.

- Overall 8+ years experience and min 3+ years in Digital marketing leadership role.
