Manager - Digital Marketing - Healthcare/Technology Industry (5-8 yrs)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize CRM systems to design, implement, and manage digital campaigns aimed at driving engagement and conversions.

- Oversee the management of the sales funnel, ensuring effective lead nurturing and conversion strategies.

- Manage digital touchpoints, including the website and social media handles, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing efforts.

- Manage relationships with vendors and external agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital marketing materials and services.

- Oversee budget management and ROI reporting for digital marketing activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- 5 - 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a reputed marketing agency or healthcare or technology industry.

- Comprehensive expertise in digital and internet advertising strategies, including CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CPM (Cost Per Mille), CPC (Cost Per Click), search marketing, lead generation, and direct response campaigns, with a focus on optimizing performance metrics globally.

- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn and HubSpot for campaign management, lead nurturing, and analytics, leveraging their features to drive business growth and enhance digital presence.

- Strong understanding of global SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and performance tracking, tailored to diverse markets and audiences.

- Familiarity with industry best practices and analytics tools to assess campaign performance and refine strategies for maximum ROI across various advertising and marketing channels.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in cross-functional team management and vendor management.

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
