Job Description
- Experience & Background:
- 0-1 year of experience in demand generation, sales development, or marketing (internships or prior roles focusing on lead generation are acceptable).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach as primary tools for lead generation (experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or email marketing platforms is a plus).
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Ability to assist in creating and managing targeted lead lists via LinkedIn and online prospecting tools.
- Basic experience or willingness to learn how to craft and send cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages that engage and qualify leads.
- Proactive approach in following up with leads via email and LinkedIn, nurturing relationships and helping to move them through the sales funnel.
- Campaign Execution & Learning:
- Willingness to learn and assist in the creation and execution of email sequences and LinkedIn outreach strategies to engage prospects.
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts (training will be provided).
- Interest in learning how to track, analyze, and report on lead generation activities and performance.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional tone and ability to clearly convey messages via email and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work effectively with team members across sales and marketing to ensure alignment on messaging and lead qualification.
