Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through digital channels
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients via professional networking platforms, email marketing, and digital marketing channels
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management :
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand client business needs and propose tailored IT solutions
- Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure
3. Sales Strategy and Performance :
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies
- Track and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts
4. Technical Solution Selling :
- Gain in-depth understanding of the company's IT solutions and services
- Effectively communicate technical value propositions to potential clients
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends
5. Proposal and Negotiation :
- Prepare comprehensive sales proposals
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility
Required Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital sales tools and CRM software
- Basic understanding of IT solutions and emerging technologies
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT sales or technology solutions
- Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation
