Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in building Angular/Java web applications, preferably using Spring and Quarkus framework.

Experience in the design and implementation of microservices.

Proficiency in identity providers and security protocols like OAUTH, SAML, etc., for implementing web applications and microservices.

Understanding of backend architecture, service interfaces, REST, database systems, and integration with web applications.

Proficiency in writing SQL and PL/SQL queries.

Familiarity with NOSQL Databases, preferably MongoDB.

Robust analytical skills to identify, debug, and resolve technical issues.

Clear understanding of software design patterns and principles.

Researching and evaluating emerging technologies to enhance processes or create competitive advantages.

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for team success.

Conducting team code reviews.

Providing coaching and technical mentoring to junior developers.

Achieving significant contributions within a small team of developers to lead teams and deliver solutions in Agile methodology, ensuring quality and adherence to architectural guidelines.

Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification:

A four-year college degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Business, or Humanities.

Preference for candidates with a Master's degree and/or certifications in relevant technologies.
