Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns related to insurance products.
  
• Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain a professional demeanor during phone conversations, adhering to company standards for tone and language.
  
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant insurance products based on customer needs.
  
• Escalate complex issues or complaints to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or BPO industry with excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  
• Strong convincing power with ability to handle rejection professionally.
  
• Excellent pressure handling skills under tight deadlines.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
