Job Description
Product Strategy Vision
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products.
- Collaborate with leadership to align AI initiatives with the company s strategic goals.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers to translate complex AI concepts into customer-centric features.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from business stakeholders and end-users.
Product Development
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, planning, design, development, and deployment.
- Develop user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria for AI-powered features.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI model performance and product integration.
AI Implementation
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand the capabilities and limitations of AI technologies.
- Ensure AI models and algorithms are effectively integrated into the product while addressing ethical and fairness considerations.
Performance Measurement
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
- Continuously monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Market Research Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Propose innovative AI-driven solutions that differentiate the product in the market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the central point of contact between business, technical, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of the product strategy.
- Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s or MBA is a plus).
- Experience
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or machine learning products.
- Proven track record of delivering successful AI-driven products.
- Technical Expertise
- :
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and technologies.
- Ability to work closely with data scientists and engineers on technical requirements.
- Business Acumen
- :
- Strong ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Experience in defining KPIs and analyzing product performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MLOps, model deployment, and AI infrastructure.
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and responsible AI principles.
- Background in a specific domain, such as healthcare, finance, retail, or logistics.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
