Job Title: Frontend Developer (React, JavaScript, Video Player Experience)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with a strong background in React, JavaScript, and video player integration. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the frontend of our applications, with a focus on creating an engaging user experience and working with video playback features.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend components using React.js and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain video players and media-related components, ensuring seamless video playback across devices.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly, responsive interfaces.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate API endpoints and ensure smooth functionality.
• Optimize application performance, including video streaming, to deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video player integration, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.

Requirements:
• 4+ years of professional experience as a frontend developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of modern frontend tools and libraries.
• Experience with video player development and integration (HTML5 video, third-party video players, video streaming protocols, etc.).
• Familiarity with video formats, streaming protocols (HLS, DASH), and video analytics.
• Solid understanding of frontend build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and responsive design.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with video playback optimization and debugging.
• Familiarity with server-side rendering in React.
• Knowledge of cloud services and CDNs for media delivery.
• Experience with video editing tools or multimedia frameworks.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
