Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, scripting, and modern testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to define test requirements.
• Implement and execute automated test cases using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, etc.
• Develop and maintain test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development processes to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Optimize and enhance existing automation scripts for improved efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest automation testing trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# for writing test scripts.
• Strong experience in API automation using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms like Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, or LambdaTest.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and test-driven development (TDD/BDD).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized testing environments.
• Knowledge of AI/ML-based testing tools for automation.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
