Graduate Trainee - Sales & Technical Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in sales demonstrations, customer meetings, site surveys, and providing technical solutions to both existing and potential customers.
• Engage in phone troubleshooting as well as repairs while maintaining detailed records.
• Support coordination with resellers for service support and manage timely warranty registrations.
• Assist in planning and executing sales activities to meet business targets.
• Collect competitive information and conduct market intelligence research.
• Maintain regular contact with customers, focusing on key accounts to develop strong relationships.
• Contribute to after-sales service to uphold an excellent standard of customer satisfaction.
• Help compile trip reports and monthly activity reports to support sales efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelors Degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Electrical, Mechanical, Tele Communication or Civil Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in English and Hindi, both written as well as spoken
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Enthusiastic about learning about the product, Site Support, Sales process and Developing customer relationships.
• Self-driven with the ability to take initiative and operate under minimal supervision.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to remote site locations as needed (Travel up-to 50%)
