Job Description
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to aid direction, design, and production of graphics and videos.
- Oversees the creation of graphics, artboards, photo, video, and layout design.
- Establishes and implements design and format standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results.
- Developing visual layouts/ideas for marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, web layouts, emails, social posts and more.
- Support graphic and video team on day-to-day creative support on layout, colours, typography etc.
- Client interaction to understand the requirement, feedback and take tasks to completion.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably working in a creative agency.
- A creative person with interest in exploring new ideas and mediums, sketching skills would be a plus.
- Should be hardworking & a hustler in designing and looking for a long-term run to build a career.
- Bachelor or Masters in Fine arts from a leading school.
- Hands-on experience in all the software mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design.
- Love to learn & adapt to new trends in designing.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Manages the team in the day-to-day performance.
- Ensures that project/team milestones/goals are met and adhering to timelines.
